So i'm thinking Sunday is going to be My Happiness Project day, so every Sunday i'll take a look at something from 'The Happiness Project' blog and apply it to my own life in an effort to be more happy with everything. so the title to today's Happiness Project is
First Things First.
This is basically the idea that you should get the simple things out of the way before focusing on the complicated. so when it comes to happiness, you should start with the basics, ie, getting enough sleep, drinking loads of water, eating healthy, getting exercise..
So for the whole of this week i'm going to make sure i'm asleep before 11-30pm, i'm going to drink at least two glasses of water and take at least a ten minute walk outside. this honestly shouldn't take too much effort, but i'm sure it's going to end up being a lot harder than i think it'll be. i hope it makes a difference though, it seems so simple it feels like it just might...
